I think this pretty much sums up how I feel about love. I have always been infatuated with fairytales and to me the journey towards those happy beginnings or ever afters create the most beautiful stories of love, joy and moments never to be forgotten. The eternal optimist in me blossoms knowing I get to witness and document so many beautiful memories. Someone once asked me, What fills up my happiness bucket?’ The answer is Love and Laughter. Being a part of all that goodness fills me with so much gratitude.
I don’t own many photographs of myself and my family growing up (truthfully I can count them on one hand) So I truly value the importance of photographing those endearing moments. I do so with good humour, enthusiasm and yes, sometimes patience (especially during those formal family portraits)
My husband and I are a team and I lovingly refer to him as Mr Grumpy. He is my rock and wingman and I wouldn’t be where I am today without his love, support and big broad shoulders to cry on.
I’m extremely fond of netflix, make-up, dinosaurs and kitkats and I approach most things in life with good humour and a whispered cuss word now and then when the road gets a little rocky.
